There is a locally based group who've helped many hundreds of people over the years, and done so without the recognition they deserve... The Wallsend Self Help Group began providing advice, information and support to sufferer's of anxiety, depression and OCD in North Tyneside in 1984.

Now, through their website, they are delivering the same range of valuable information, advice and support to sufferers and their families, all around the globe, for free.
